Application possibilities: For the interior, as per the above specifications, Panel two-sided is mainly used for dividing walls, doors, ceilings and furniture

Furniture door applications: To ensure their stability, panels that are used for doors always need to be covered with Plexwood on both sides, for kitchen cabinet-sized doors (± 24 x 24") we advise a build-up with at least an 0.71" substrate, for larger doors the thickness of the panel needs to be in proportion with the size of the door

Interior door applications: To ensure their stability, panels that are used for doors always need to be covered with Plexwood on both sides, for interior-sized doors (± 85 x 32") we advise a build-up with at least an 0.71 + 0.71" substrate, for larger doors the thickness of the panel needs to be in proportion with the size of the door. Plexwood can either supply the complete, ready-to-finish double-sided panel to the door manufacturer, or we are provided with existing panels that we cover with Plexwood at our factory, for more information and to discuss the possibilities, please contact us
